1. Service description

Validary is an educational platform for practising software quality assurance skills through simulated bug-hunting challenges. The AI-powered reviews are provided for educational and practice purposes only and do not constitute professional software auditing services.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the platform for lawful, educational purposes only
• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the platform or its AI review quota
• Do not attempt to access other users' private data or accounts
• Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute challenge content

3. AI review accuracy

AI-generated reviews are produced by Claude (Anthropic) and are intended as learning feedback. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. Validary makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI review results.

4. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that disrupts other users' experience.

5. Limitation of liability

Validary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Validary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
